Hi, I’m Claire from ClaireFit - Fitter, Healthier, Happier. I have been a full time Mum for over 10 years. I spent my days running around after my three children, snacking with them, eating their leftover food and I was also sleep deprived like most mothers. In June 2015 I decided to join my local gym to do something for me. I loved it so much that I trained/studied to be a personal trainer and set up my own business.
I loved my new lease of life and my extra energy. I felt like a completely different person and rediscovered myself as more than just a Mum. An added bonus was that I started to tone up and get muscle definition. I looked and felt amazing. My children even join in with me when I exercise at home.
I have continued my learning journey and am also qualified in pre and post natal fitness, kettlebells, padwork, outdoor fitness and freestyle fitness yoga.
I am passionate about helping other Mum’s to REtrain their body and mind and REgain their body confidence.
We should all be happy and confident with the skin we are in and I would love to help you get there. Don’t doubt yourself. You can achieve it if you set your mind to it.
